Salary: £46,000 - £66,000 per annum
We are looking for a Store Manager to take ownership of our store operations, drive performance and inspire a team. You will lead from the front, ensure customers are delighted, and work to achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities
* Manage and improve day‑to‑day store operations and store KPIs.
* Optimise processes and resolve issues to keep the store running smoothly.
* Lead the team through delegation, time‑management and problem‑solving.
* Provide excellent support to customers and staff across all shifts.
* Monitor and increase key performance indicators to meet targets.
Qualifications
* Strong time‑management, delegation and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience in retail operations and team leadership.
* Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
