Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm | Office-based

Our client is a well-established law firm with a growing branch in Solihull, West Midlands, seeking a dependable and skilled Legal Assistant to support the Managing Partner in delivering high-quality service across all aspects of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct support to the Managing Partner on residential conveyancing matters
2. Draft legal documentation including contracts, letters and reports
3. Order and review land registry searches and associated documentation
4. Manage client files from instruction to completion using our case management system (training provided)
5. Perform general administrative tasks such as file opening, ID checks and compliance procedures
