What will you be doing?
* You will be working within the in‑house legal team
* Assisting with legal work loads; reviewing and drafting agreements such as basic non‑disclosure consultancy agreements
* Carrying out legal research
* Attending committee meetings and taking minutes when needed
* Assisting the senior team members with their workload; project work, corporate governance, corporate structuring & execution

What you’ll need:
* A Law degree with LLB Hons 2:1 or above
* An interest in becoming a Commercial Lawyer in the energy sector
* Experience working in a corporate environment
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
