Job Responsibilities:
* Source local crypto channels according to the platform's localization expansion plan
* Act as the primary contact person of the channel / KOL, responsible for related events, campaigns and feedback etc.
* Work with growth operations team and channels/KOLs to design and execute suitable campaigns to acquire more users, increase conversions rate and trading volume.
* Responsible for expanding local collaboration resources, performing business development, brand cooperation, resource exchange and other related matters.
* Monitor and assess industry trends and customer drivers and discuss strategies with team lead and stakeholders on a regular basis.
* Maintain existing channel / KOL relationships and ensure sound communication between both parties based on business progress.
Job Requirements:
* Fluent in local language to communicate with local counterparts
* Good business sense in crypto derivatives channel and strong KOL connections in crypto industry
* Ability to commit flexible and extended hours to interact with the crypto community
* Familiar with Social Media Channels
