Pay: £85–£100 per day

Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs across Key Stages 1 to 4
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to build self-regulation, confidence, and coping strategies
* Implement behaviour support plans, targeted interventions, and restorative approaches
* Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure holistic care
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with children or young people in educational, care, or pastoral settings
* Be passionate about inclusion, mental health, and student wellbeing
* Demonstrate strong communication, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills
* Be confident using behaviour management techniques and supportive interventions
* Be patient, compassionate, and committed to going the extra mile
* Value continuous learning and professional development
