The Opportunity

* Shape our brand voice, ensuring alignment with the Cambridge MBA's values, goals, and distinct market position.
* Own our digital presence, including social media channels, email newsletters, and key website pages.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - from students and faculty to creative suppliers and media contacts.
* Track, analyse and optimise campaign performance using data and analytics tools.
* Support media and PR efforts by preparing press materials and coordinating coverage with the School's Media team.
* Champion cross-programme collaboration, sharing best practices and driving alignment across marketing functions at Cambridge Judge.
About You
We're looking for a confident communicator and savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll bring: - A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field. - Experience across a broad range of communications disciplines - particularly social media, content marketing, and stakeholder engagement. - Outstanding planning, organisation, and project management skills. - Proven ability to tailor messaging for diverse global audiences, both visually and in writing. - Working knowledge of CMS platforms (Microsoft Dynamics), graphic design tools (Canva), and video editing software (Veed). - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
A background in higher education, business, or international recruitment marketing would be a plus - but most importantly, you'll be passionate about impactful storytelling and strategic communications.
