Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant ManagerHousekeeping Managerrole
1. Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations, covering guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
2. Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
3. Support inventory management of housekeeping supplies under Housekeeping Manager's guidance.
4. Collaborate on safety inspections and provide relevant training.
5. Coordinate with other departments for seamless housekeeping activities.
About you
Previous experience in housekeeping management within the luxury segment is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills are required.
