This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of twelve Careers Consultants within Imperial College Business School Careers Service. This position provides one-to-one student support as well as delivering workshops, webinars and large lecture-theatre presentations.
With a focus on providing targeted support in sectors and industries that our students aim to work in, this role will be part of the Finance Sector team. You will support students who are applying for roles in the Finance Sector by providing insights into recruitment trends and processes, typical pathways and labour market information within the sector. You will also contribute to building the team’s knowledge in this area by updating resources and materials.
You will be experienced in and passionate about career development. You will either have experience in a University or Business School setting in providing careers advice, or significant recruitment experience, preferably in the graduate and/or experienced hire area and a qualification (or equivalent experience) in careers advising, coaching or mentoring.

The role will involve frequent contact with students online and in person, at times this may be outside of normal UK working hours, including evenings.
