Job Description
The Woodland Trust is looking for a Support Services Administrator to join our team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Role:
* In this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling calls, emails, and written responses, providing exceptional support to our members and supporters.
* You will work in a dynamic administration and customer service environment where your ability to address complex queries and handle complaints with professionalism will be crucial.
* This role is based in our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire with some flexibility to work from home.
The Candidate:
* You will have strong telephone and written communication skills and can build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* You will have experience in customer service or public relations roles and a passion for conservation and environmental values that align with our mission.
* You will have accurate data entry skills as you will be processing payments using our secure payments platform
* You’ll have a keen eye for detail and be highly organised.
* Most importantly you will be just as capable working in a team as you are completing your tasks independently.
