The Role What Youll Be Doing:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment for sales roles: advertising, screening, scheduling, and communicating with candidates
* Supporting hiring managers with shortlists and interview coordination
* Running onboarding sessions and keeping all documents, contracts, and systems up to date
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on recruitment pipelines
* Assisting with operational tasks like scheduling, team organisation, and internal communications
* Being a positive, proactive face of A-List to all new starters!
