Make an Impact with Your Creativity In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind shaping and delivering Tata Steel's social media strategy, aligning with corporate priorities and engaging with key audiences. Whether you’re drafting clear, on-message reactive and proactive statements, turning data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders or creating bold, professional graphics and video edits; you'll have the opportunity to shape our public image. Your day-to-day might involve: Creating and publishing content across multiple platforms that engages and informs both internal and external audiences. Shaping and executing the corporate brand vision to enhance awareness and reputation. Utilising analytics tools (Hootsuite Insights, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to track KPIs and produce monthly engagement reports Acting as a point of contact for press, managing the press office inbox and responding to journalists in a timely, accurate and aligned way Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful projects that align with our goals. What You’ll Need to Succeed We’re looking for a bold, imaginative thinker who’s passionate about digital communication and branding. You’ll need: A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline. Experience in developing digital media strategies and creating compelling content. Strong understanding of paid social — particularly LinkedIn — and the types of content that perform well for corporate, B2B and stakeholder audiences. Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working across Marketing, Communications, Commercial and operational teams. Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder approvals within a large, complex organisation. Skills in using Talkwalker for social listening to identify trends, emerging issues and relevant conversations across platforms.
