Support Worker - Llanelli - Full Time -Blaen-Y-Waun 39 hours a week plus sleep ins - Hourly Rate from £12.80 (Plus £55 per sleep in) dependent on qualifications and experience (Driver essential)

Providing high quality care to the children and young people we support.
Promoting independence by supporting a range of social, school and work-based activities.
Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
Previous care experience preferred but not essential.
To hold a current valid driver's license - please note the service is location in a remote location and there is no public transport near the service. This job role involves regulated activity with children and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
