We are currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a stable company that invests in its people and equipment.
Working on a Panama shift pattern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production through proactive maintenance, fast fault finding, and continuous improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machinery
* Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime
* Fault find on mechanical and/or electrical systems
* Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
* Ensure all work is completed safely and documented correctly
Requirements
* Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Multi-skilled (mechanical or electrical bias considered)
* Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds / Apprenticeship)
* Ability to work Panama shift pattern
