We’re recruiting on behalf of a specialist Pupil Referral Unit in Knowsley that supports young people who’ve struggled in mainstream education due to medical, social, emotional, or behavioural needs. This is a setting where relationships matter, progress is personal, and every day brings the chance to make a real impact.
About the Role
As an Unqualified Behaviour TA, you’ll work alongside experienced staff to:
1. Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
2. Build trust and consistency through 1:1 and small group work
3. Help students re-engage with learning and develop resilience
4. Model positive behaviour and encourage reflection
5. Be part of a team that celebrates small wins and long-term growth
No formal qualifications are required—just the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping young people thrive.

6. Has experience in youth work, care, or education (formal or informal)
