We are seeking two VP-level lawyers to join a leading bank who have strong experience in trading documentation within a global markets context, ideally covering:
1. ISDAs, GMSLAs, and GMRAs
2. Regulatory expertise: MiFID and EMIR.
3. Jurisdictional licensing experience.
4. APAC experience (beneficial)
