We are looking for a detail‑oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team and support the smooth operation of our shipping and logistics processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating shipments, and ensuring all customer and internal requirements are accurately processed.
Key Responsibilities
* Input and manage data on Excel and other online platforms
* Maintain customer Excel sheets and internal spreadsheets (packaging, barcodes, etc.)
* Use brand compliance websites to ensure products meet required standards
* Communicate with international and domestic suppliers to retrieve product data for customers
* Support internal printing tasks including barcodes, carton labels, and shipping notes
* Process internal quick-turn orders efficiently
* Raise sales orders and arrange product samples
* Collate barcodes, swing tags, and holograms for products
* Handle courier tasks including FedEx and KMS shipments
* Add sample dispatches to FedEx and schedule deliveries in KMS
* Print labels, delivery notes, and other internal documentation
About You
* Strong attention to detail with excellent data management skills
* Experience working with Excel and other online platforms
* Good communication skills, particularly when liaising with suppliers and internal teams
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support is preferred
