Senior HR Business Partner Location: Oxfordshire (2 days per week office/Hybrid) Up to £100,000 basic salary plus bonus & excellent benefits Technology Sector | HR Leadership Team We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior HR Business Partner to join our clients HR Leadership Team within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment. This is a strategic role, partnering with senior leaders across a key client group, driving workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives that enable business growth and transformation. The Role As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you will: Partner with senior stakeholders to align people strategy with business objectives and deliver key People change related frameworks and projects Lead workforce planning to ensure capability, capacity, and future skills readiness Drive talent development initiatives including succession planning and leadership capability Champion employee engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness Design and deliver change and transformation programmes Use data, insights, and analytics to inform strategic workforce decisions Challenge and influence leaders to drive high performance and accountability Contribute actively as a member of the HR Leadership Team About You You are a credible and resilient HR leader with: Proven experience operating at senior HR Business Partner level, ideally within the technology sector Strong strategic planning capability with a commercial mindset Demonstrated experience in organisational design and leading change initiatives Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into action A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to challenge constructively This is an opportunity to shape people strategy at a senior level within an innovative and evolving technology organisation.
