Group Warranty Administrator
Location: Head Office, near Forfar
Contract Type: Full-time | Permanent
Due to continued growth and the success of new contracts, AM Phillip Trucktech is seeking a Group Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic Service team at our Head Office near Forfar.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised individual to play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of warranty claims across our franchise network. Whether you bring previous warranty administration experience or come from a technical background such as Service Advising or Workshop Control, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately produce and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer standards and deadlines.
* Reconcile claims and ensure all supporting documentation is complete and compliant.
* Monitor and communicate manufacturer recalls and announcements to relevant teams.
* Maintain strong working relationships with customers, dealerships, and manufacturers.
* Ensure all warranty work meets manufacturer criteria and guidelines.
