Responsibilities
* Manage site deliveries and dispense deliveries to relevant areas within the building
* Manage post – ensure "post in" reaches the addressee and "post out" is sent externally as required
* Complete room layout changes for meetings and events
* Inventory of Print Area’s & First Aid room supplies and restock as required
* Change printer toners and cartridges
* Meet Contractors and escort them to Facilities and to work area
* Sign off work permit with contractors when work has been finalized
* Organize and oversee site WEEE collections (IT stock)
* Complete minor maintenance issues within office space (e.g., loose screens, faulty desks and chairs)
* Conduct monthly safety inspections and report hazards
* Manage and complete work logs assigned to you
* Answer facilities-related questions from staff at all levels
* Maintain Facilities Health & Safety boards
* Assist with access control system
* Manage visitor, temporary, and contractor pass allocation
* Raise PO’s in SAP
* Complete facilities-related administration tasks and record keeping
* Act as site cover as required for both sites – Bracknell and Basingstoke
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to complete varied administration tasks
* Ability to assist the wider facilities team as needed
* Ability to cover switchboard as required
* Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
* This role will be based on-site 5 days per week in Bracknell.
