Salary: £65,000–£80,000 (DOE)
A leading law firm is opening new Bristol / Cheltenham offices in 2026 and seeks a Senior Family Solicitor (6–10 years PQE) to establish and grow the practice. This is a rare chance to lead, build a team, and shape a new office.
The Role
* Handle a broad range of family law matters (excluding legal aid).
* Lead office development and client growth.
* Drive business development and practice strategy.
* Supervise junior colleagues and deliver high-quality client service.
* Option to bring your own paralegal.
Candidate Profile
* 6–10 years PQE in family law.
* Strong technical and advocacy skills.
* Proven leadership and supervisory ability.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with business development experience.
* Excellent organisation, communication, and client care.
