Overview
We are seeking a detail-focused Temporary Accounts Assistant to support our client through a system migration project to Xero. This role is crucial in ensuring that all financial data is accurate, complete, and fully prepared for a smooth migration.
Hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
* Review, update, and reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Prepare and cleanse data ahead of the Xero migration.
* Identify and correct discrepancies in existing records.
* Support the finance team with general accounts administration as required.
* Work to tight deadlines to meet project milestones.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong working knowledge of Xero accounting software (essential).
* Previous experience in bookkeeping, data entry, or accounts administration.
* Excellent attention to detail with highly accurate data entry skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team during a busy project phase.
Contract Details
* Temporary role.
* Immediate start available.
* Competitive hourly/daily rate (DOE).
