Overview
We are seeking a full-time Awards and Clubs/Membership Assistant for a leading global yacht brand.
Working with an Events, Editorial, Marketing and Commercial team, under the management and support of an Awards & Clubs Manager, you will assist with the management of the company’s awards programme of events as well as helping with the management and growth of the (3) company clubs for yacht captains, yacht owners and the next generation of yacht owners.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the management of the company’s awards programme of events.
* Support the growth and management of the three clubs for yacht captains, yacht owners and the next generation of yacht owners.
* Assist with forming partnerships, driving strategy and collaborating with other departments to refine the clubs offering.
* Act as a first point of contact to members and judges, provide regular communication and assist with events.
Qualifications
* Some previous admin and events experience is preferred for this membership assistant position.
* Experience or exposure with UHNWIs and boats/yachts is desirable.
Logistics
* Location: Based from the office in South West London.
* Travel: There may be opportunities for international travel, approximately 3 to 4 times a year for boat shows and other events.
