Administrator Required (SHEQ Department) – Cheshunt – Construction – Up to £35K Package An established and well-respected organisation within the construction and property sector is looking to appoint a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support its Health & Safety team, with a particular focus on coordinating and managing training across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, process, and playing a key role in maintaining high safety standards across a business. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and book internal and external training courses (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid) * Maintain accurate training records, certification logs, and course attendance data * Liaise with training providers, venues, and internal departments to ensure timely scheduling * Track compliance against required training standards and assist with reporting/audits * Support onboarding and induction processes from a training perspective * Provide general administrative support to the Health & Safety team Ideal Candidate Profile: * Strong administrative background, ideally with exposure to training or health & safety (Preferred) * Highly organised with great attention to detail * Confident communicator, both written and verbal * Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) * Familiarity with construction-related training schemes (e.g. CSCS, SMSTS) is a bonus (Preferred) * A proactive and dependable team player What is in it for you? * A basic salary up to £35,000 * Contributory Pension Scheme. * Life Insurance 3x Basic Salary * Performance Related Bonus Scheme up to 5% of basic salary. * Cycle to Work scheme * Buy or sell holiday allowance up to 1 working week * A minimum of 26 days holidays which increases with length of service * 10-year club with additional lifestyle benefits. * Employee recognition – EPICS awards * Volunteering days. * Enhanced Maternity and Paternity after length of service. * Contribution towards eyesight test and new glasses * Employee Health Cash Plan. * Staff discount scheme offers discounts and savings at almost 1,000 different retailers * Further training and qualifications offered. * Excellent Continued professional development
