Job overview
We are seeking an HCPC registered dietitian with experience in stroke and outpatient gastroenterology to work at West Middlesex University Hospital and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. The post holder will manage an inpatient caseload on the stroke and senior health ward, support the gastroenterology outpatient clinic, and cover for other dietitians during annual leave or sickness.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will cover both the stroke rehabilitation and senior health inpatient wards.
The post holder will support the dietetic gastroenterology outpatient service.
The specialist dietitian will promote a high‑quality service that respects, dignifies, and ensures equality for all patients.
Working across the clinical support division, the post holder will provide professional development to dietitians and support worker teams.
The post holder will develop, implement and evaluate policies, guidelines, and protocols for the management of patients attending the clinical area in partnership with specialist MDT teams.
The post will be based primarily at the West Middlesex site with some outpatient work at Chelsea & Westminster.

* HCPC Registration
* Broad post‑registration clinical experience
* Experience working with stroke patients
* Experience as part of an MDT in clinical practice
* Evidence of a supervisory capacity
* Evidence of ongoing CPD since qualification
* Evidence of participation in research, audit, or service training
* Experience managing enterally fed patients
* Member of a special interest group
* Experience managing patients on parenteral nutrition
