We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our agency team, supporting young people and adults in supported living settings.
This role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex behavioural or emotional support requirements.
As a Support Worker in supported living, you will help individuals maintain independence, develop life skills, and access their local community while promoting dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver high-quality person-centred support tailored to individual needs
2. Support service users with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping, and household management
3. Promote independence, confidence, and life skills development
4. Support individuals with accessing education, work placements, appointments, and community activities
5. Provide emotional support and build positive professional relationships
