This is a temporary position (12 months) offering 39 hours per week based at the H&M Merthyr Tydfil store.
As a Department Manager, you will oversee a department to support the store's sales and profit, and work with your team to deliver a Customer First Experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading with a vision to ensure the best experience for colleagues and customers.
Evaluating team performance, providing feedback, and supporting development and training.
Analyzing and following up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department.
Ensuring Health & Safety, legal, and security standards are met according to H&M and local laws to ensure safety for employees and customers.

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week, with full flexibility to work 5 days, including weekends. Location is in the H&M Merthyr store.
