Fully office based for the first few weeks to fully understand the business and then hybrid is available

This is a great opportunity to join a leading organisation within the wholesale industry who started as a family run organisation and have grown and continued to grow ever since.
It will be working directly for the MD and will demand a level of flexibility to ensure a good working relationship is achieved to reach all goals and outcomes.
The MD works at a fast pace due to the multiple projects that they are working on so this role would suit someone who can truly multi task, is highly competent across IT packages and has the ability to work calmly under pressure to meet deadlines.
The role will involve:
* Skilful diary management
* Managing meeting prep and follow up
* Arranging travel and accommodation
* Preparing reports, agendas and presentations
* Email management
* Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team
This role could lead to a permanent position but there is no guarantee of that at this stage however commitment to the three month period is crucial. This role is due to start in May 20204.
