Role

The CAMHS admin team have a vacancy for a full time Medical Secretary to work within the St Leonards Bank office in Perth.


Responsibilities

You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support for a range of clinicians within CAMHS. Applicants should have experience of TrakCare. Accurate keyboard and excellent audio-typing skills are essential. Experience of NHS Tayside administration systems is desirable. Ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication skills is essential.

High levels of concentration are required in this challenging but rewarding environment and requires the ability to manage own workload with a degree of autonomy, forward plan and problem solve when required.

We are keen to hear from individuals who have previous secretarial/administrative experience and possess excellent organisational skills. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills.


Requirements

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

Hours
