HGV 7.5t (C1) Driver - PM
Location: Gloucester
Pay Rate: £16.53 - £26.21 per hour
Pertemps is proud to be working with Royal Mail, the UK's trusted Universal Postal Service Provider, to recruit HGV 7.5t (C1) Drivers to be a part of the team at the Gloucester Mail Centre.
The Role
1. Delivering and collecting mail and parcels between Royal Mail centres
2. Mostly driving, with occasional interaction with the load
3. Operating from organised depots with clean, well-maintained vehicles
4. Shifts run 7 days a week, with weekends as peak days
5. Variety of shift lengths available to suit your lifestyle

What You'll Need
15. Valid HGV 7.5t (C1) licence held for at least 2 years
16. Minimum 180 days' proven commercial driving experience
17. Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card is essential
18. Willingness to work weekends, as these are the peak days
19. No more than 6 minor points (no DD, DR, IN, CD, or TT endorsements)
20. Excellent geographical knowledge & professional attitude
21. Strong knowledge of Drivers' Hours & WTD
22. Comfortable completing manual tachograph entries
23. Able to pass a DBS security check
24. Completion of site assessment & induction at Royal Mail Filton
