The Role: As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a child with additional learning needs. Assist the child in accessing the curriculum and engaging with classroom activities. Build a trusting and positive relationship with the pupil, offering emotional and behavioural support. Implement individual learning plans and adapt teaching approaches to meet the child's unique needs. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor progress and identify further support strategies. Encourage the child's self-confidence, independence, and social development.
