Join Our Team as a Temporary Weekend Receptionist!
Our client, located in North Tyneside, is seeking a Temporary Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their organisation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!
Working Hours:
1. Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm
2. Sunday: 10 am - 4 pm
Hourly Rate: £13 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
3. Greet visitors with a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring a positive first impression.
4. Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or person.
5. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area that reflects a professional image.
6. Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
7. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure all arrangements are in place.
8. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier deliveries.
9. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
10. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to keep up with a busy environment.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
14. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
15. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
16. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
