CLAIMS MANAGER Tamworth (Office-Based) Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM £30,000 – £35,000 per annum Permanent | Full Time Key Responsibilities Lead the team to achieve KPIs and SLAs consistently Manage workload, resourcing gaps, and ensure continuous service delivery Handle Purchase Orders, agency coordination, and pay queries Support operational continuity through planning and risk mitigation Oversee IT setup, equipment distribution, and telephony alignment Lead training, upskilling, and address capability gaps with coaching Coordinate complaints, audits, compliance, and reporting activities Provide daily operational support, manage rotas, inboxes, and office coordination About You Operational leadership experience within a high-volume, customer-facing environment Proven experience managing team performance against KPIs Strong organisational and coordination capability Experience handling complaints and driving service improvement Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and functions Experience with workforce administration (absence management, timesheets, agency coordination) Confident using CRM or operational systems Job Ref: HP318 Hollyfield Personnel do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
