Client-Side Assistant / Deputy Property Manager – East London/Essex hybrid – c£38k Benefits We’re working with a major property services group who are looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Property Manager / Deputy Estate Manager to one of their large, multi-phase developments as follows: * Client-side position, working for a major developer/housing/property services provider responsible for a number of prominent public and private sector schemes nationally * Based partly on an East London/Essex site and partly from home * Assisting the on-site team with all aspects of management, from contractor oversight to maintenance, resident liaison and budgets * A focus on site inspection/visibility, ensuring residents, contractors and all stakeholders are met as often as required and their queries/concerns dealt with promptly * H&S savvy, ensuring ongoing compliance with current and evolving legislation * Experience of FixFlo preferred/beneficial, but training can be provided to those with good, general systems awareness. * Excellent career prospects with ongoing training and promotional prospects Salary for the successful Assistant Property Manager / Deputy Estate Manager will start at up to £38k with extensive benefits and potential to progress over time.
