A little bit about our team:
The Merchandise department within WMX supplies artist branded product to multiple channels of distribution on a global scale.
Working closely with Tour Managers, alongside Product Managers and Production teams the co-ordinator will execute final part of the merchandise process by getting decorated product to the desired destination on time. All UK & EU touring will funnel through the Manager of Logistics.
Manager of Tour Logistics
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager of Tour Logistics to oversee all aspects of our tour merchandise supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the seamless movement of artist-branded products across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Strategic Logistics Management: Supervise and determine the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods for all tour merchandise.
5. Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of product logistics, including split and drop shipments, and resolve on-the-road stocking and spacing challenges.
6. Inventory & Tracking: Accurately track merchandise from origin to destination, providing timely updates to the tour team on all collections and deliveries.
7. International Compliance: Coordinate international shipping, and prepare all necessary tax documentation and commercial invoices to ensure smooth customs clearance.
8. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison with merchandise representatives, providing expert guidance and support on all shipping matters.
9. Inventory Management: Utilise specialised software to diligently track, adjust, and reconcile merchandise inventory levels throughout the tour.
About you:
10. Road merchandise experience is essential
11. Ability to work under pressure, communicates effectively, and meets deadlines
12. Fast paced work environment requiring strong multitasking skills, excellent time management and organisational skills, and a high attention to detail and follow up
13. Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Video calls.
14. Results orientated and self-motivated
We’d love it if you also had:
15. Arena level tour experience, especially in EU.
16. Experience in writing commercial invoices
17. Proficient on Google Workplace systems
