A fast-growing international manufacturer is seeking a Sales & Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) Lead to lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, and inventory.
You'll drive alignment between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, optimising stock levels and ensuring product availability as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and improve the monthly SIOP cycle
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop accurate demand forecasts
Balance supply planning with production capacity and inventory targets
Drive inventory optimisation and service level improvements
Produce KPIs, dashboards, and planning reports
Lead SIOP meetings and continuous improvement initiativesThe successful SIOP Lead will: -
Proven SIOP/S&OP or supply chain experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills
ERP/MRP system knowledgeWhat's on Offer:
