Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: Graduate / Entry Level
Working Pattern: 5 days onsite in Northamptonshire + Hybrid working after six months
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday, 08:30-17:00; Friday, 08:30-15:00
About the Role
A leading international company in the fashion industry in Northamptonshire is looking for a highly organised and motivated Ecommerce Assistant to join its growing Ecommerce team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the ongoing development of multiple global websites and play a key role in delivering an exceptional digital customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Auditing multiple websites for issues
* Creating test plans and performing user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Identifying and raising bugs; coordinating with external agencies and internal teams
* Supporting project tasks such as industry research, documentation, data preparation, and website setup
* Maintaining ecommerce process documentation and training resources
* Carrying out website content updates and admin tasks across B2B and B2C platforms
* Assisting with ecommerce reporting

Essential
* Ability to commute to Northamptonshire
* Excellent attention to detail and consistency
* Strong organisational skills and self-motivation
* Technically minded with curiosity about how things work
* Confidence working independently and collaboratively
* Strong Excel skills
Desirable
* Degree in Fashion or Marketing
* Experience with ecommerce processes, website development, or UAT
* Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
