* Supervise the overall performance of The Terraces and Tasi, ensuring a seamless and efficient service
* Provide leadership and support to the restaurant floor managers, ensuring consistency in standards across both venues
* Work closely with the floor managers and hosts to manage reservations and optimise capacity
* Provide cover on the floor managers days off
* Encourage excellent working relationships between the restaurant, bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
* Implement and encourage effective upselling techniques to achieve revenue targets
* Work with the F&B Manager to analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive additional revenue
