I am looking to speak with candidates who have significant litigation experience about an exciting in-house opportunity that can offer a wide range of work and provide opportunities to upskill / focus on specific aspects of litigation work depending on areas of interest.

\nMy client is a leading name in the debt management sector and this opportunity is open to candidates who have good, well-rounded litigation experience and an excellent working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules. Any candidates who already have debt recovery litigation / Consumer Credit Act experience will be of particular interest, but equally as important to my client is to recruit a lawyer who can adapt and apply their years of litigation experience regardless of what practice area they have worked in previously.

\nThis role will come with supervisory expectations when it comes to junior members of the legal team, so anyone who is either experienced in supervising paralegals/junior lawyers or who is looking for an opportunity to do so will be of interest for this position.
