Recruit, develop and retain a strong and consistent staff team. Establish and maintain high-quality care standards in line with The Quality Standards and the Home’s Statement of Purpose. Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring child protection and safeguarding responsibilities are fully met. Build positive relationships with parents, carers and professionals. Ensure a safe, nurturing and empowering environment for all young people in your care.
