Regional Recruitment Manager
Location: Birmingham, based in the office FT

The Regional Recruitment Manager is responsible for Manpower's UK brand delivery within a designated region of the UK for Convenience temporary and permanent business across all verticals within the Manpower specialisms - driving, logistics, manufacturing, and ancillary. You will be expected to maximize GP opportunity throughout your client base in each of these core areas.
You will lead a dedicated team of consultants focused on delivering temporary workforce solutions to both national accounts and retail business. Your team may include pure 360 retail consultants and pure delivery consultants with separate focuses, aiming for high ROI. The region will be managed from a central office, with your consultant team based within this area, covering the wider regional responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Ensure a strong business mix of Manpower Specialisms
Lead business development through your team
Meet clients and drive new business opportunities across all verticals
Strategy:
Translate, implement, and drive strategy as set by the Head of Staffing
Provide active feedback to influence strategy
Deliver regional goals set by the Head of Staffing, aligned with wider strategy
Collaboration:
Maintain performance accountability
Work with the Operational Excellence team to drive efficient business
Collaborate with the head of driving to maintain logistics footprint and ensure legal compliance
People:
Build a diverse talent pipeline
Coach direct reports to build capability
Create time for wider team development, fostering a coaching environment to meet performance expectations
Adopt a 'One Manpower' mindset, collaborating across brands and support functions to drive successful outcomes
Implement Manpower brand strategy, ensuring alignment across your peer group and developing your area with a corporate mindset
Demonstrate flexibility and agility, embracing corporate initiatives and digital recruitment strategies, ensuring teams use current channels for client recruitment

Develop relationships across front and back office and within ManpowerGroup brands
Demonstrate a growth mindset

Understand P&L including ratio management
Drive system adoption and utilization

Experience/Skills required
Previous experience managing staff in a recruitment sales environment
Proven track record of maximizing business development
Experience in developing businesses with a temporary staffing workforce
Understanding the importance of collaboration
Coaching and influencing staff
