About the Role
* Full-time position starting September 2025 (early starts available for standout applicants)
* Work Monday to Friday during term time only (32.5 hours per week)
* Earn up to £560 per week, depending on experience and qualifications
* Support pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing classroom assistance and targeted interventions
* Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
* Work alongside class teachers, SENCOs and support staff in a collaborative team environment
* Contribute to academic and pastoral development in a dynamic, inclusive primary school
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Minimum 2:1 degree (Education, Psychology, English, Maths or related fields preferred)
* Passion for education and supporting young people
* Professional, reliable and eager to learn
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable:
* Experience working with children in schools, youth work, tutoring, or mentoring
* Understanding of SEN, EAL or behaviour management strategies
* Familiarity with the primary curriculum
