This full-time, permanent role will involve teaching Art & Design across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential for KS5 depending on experience. You'll join a supportive and dynamic team committed to celebrating visual arts and developing each student's individual style and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
Teach engaging and inclusive Art & Design lessons at KS3 and KS4
Foster creativity, independent thinking, and technical skills
Support pupils in developing their artistic identity and presentation skills
Use assessment to monitor progress and plan next steps
Promote a strong visual arts culture across the school
Contribute to exhibitions, enrichment clubs, and school events
Collaborate within the department and across faculties
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Art & Design
A portfolio demonstrating both teaching practice and artistic ability
Excellent communication and classroom management
ECTs welcome - full mentoring and induction available
A passion for student creativity and inclusive learning
