Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Salary: From £45,000 + performance-related bonus (DOE)
The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (3+ PQE) to join a well-established multi-office firm.
You will manage your own busy residential conveyancing caseload, handling approximately 25–35 new instructions per month, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Files from instruction through to post-completion
You will work within a supportive and collaborative team while maintaining responsibility for your own matters.
About You
* 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Confident managing a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Organised, proactive and commercially aware
* Interested in building relationships with local agents and introducers
