The booking of purchase invoices to ensure accurate expenditure for each month. Assist credit control teams resolve customer queries Key Accountabilities: Preparation and release of accurate customer and intercompany sales invoices in a timely and efficient manner Administration of additional and supplementary charges Sales invoice query investigation with resolution, ensuring effective and efficient customer services whilst protecting Dachser's revenue Posting of sales invoices in an efficient manner Filing of operational paperwork Assisting credit control team with customer queries Efficient resolution of queries relating to intercompany purchase invoices Daily communication with operational departments and finance Provision of high quality customer service Strong business acumen to ensure profit is maximised within the designated guidelines Any other tasks as assigned Skills & Experience: Accuracy & attention to detail Commercial awareness Self-motivated and efficient Experience with Tariffs and Quotations Geographical knowledge Experience raisina invoices Strong administration skills IT Literate Flexibility Ability to work to tight and scheduled deadlines Experience: Previous experience in Logistics/Transport environment Customer service
