Job Description
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals.
* Interact directly with clients onsite to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and provide updates.
* Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
* Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
* Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining high quality standards.
* Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions.
* Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
Requirement/Must Have
* Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare-related projects (payer, provider, EHR systems, claims processing, etc.).
* Minimum 5 years of direct onsite, client-facing experience.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and make decisions aligned with business objectives.
Nice to Have
* Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
* Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
* Agile or Product Ownership certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
Skills
* Strong healthcare domain knowledge.
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management capabilities.
* Strong requirement-gathering and user-story documentation skills.
* Strong understanding of Agile processes.
Qualification And Education
* Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in product ownership or business analysis.
