Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for IT support, logging, categorising, and resolving incidents and service requests
* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults, escalating to resolver groups where necessary to maintain SLAs
* Provide clear advice and guidance on technical solutions, workarounds, and security best practices
* Assist in the investigation and resolution of problems, contributing to preventative measures and continual service improvement
* Install, configure, and maintain software, applications, and operating systems
* Maintain accurate asset records and update CMDB and knowledge management systems
