Role Summary

The Insight Products & Enablement Lead is responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership and scaling of Reward’s productionised insight products.

Sitting at the intersection of Commercial, Data Product, and Insights, this role ensures that insight products and integrated datasets are structured, usable, commercially meaningful, and consistently adopted across the business.

You will own insight products from launch through to adoption and continuous improvement – driving usage, enabling stakeholders, embedding insight into commercial processes, and acting as the structured feedback loop into product development.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who combines analytical depth, strong stakeholder leadership, and a passion for turning insight capabilities into practical, revenue‑driving tools.


Responsibilities


End‑to‑End Insight Product Ownership

* Own productionised insight products from internal launch through to sustained adoption.
* Ensure products remain aligned to commercial needs and evolving business priorities.
* Monitor performance, usage, and business impact, identifying improvement opportunities.
* Coordinate cross‑functionally to ensure products are supported, maintained, and enhanced effectively.


Insight Platform & Analytical Asset Ownership

* Oversee the operational performance of core insight platforms and structured analytical assets.
* Ensure integrated datasets are reliable, clearly defined, and commercially usable.
* Convert repeat analysis into scalable analytical assets and structured outputs.


Enablement & Training

* Design and deliver onboarding, workshops, and webinars to support self‑serve insight.
* Create scalable enablement resources including playbooks, toolkits, and best‑practice guides.
* Raise data literacy across Commercial and Marketing teams.
* Ensure insight tools and products are used correctly and consistently.
* Act as the voice of users, gathering structured feedback from Commercial, Marketing, and Insights teams.
* Translate user needs into clear requirements and partner with Data Product on roadmap prioritisation.
* Ensure product evolution balances scalability, usability, and commercial impact.


Strategic Stakeholder Leadership

* Act as the central connector across Commercial, Marketing, Data Product, and Insights.
* Ensure insights and products are embedded into decision‑making and commercial workflows.
* Bridge technical capability and commercial application.


Commercial Proposition Enablement

* Embed insight capability into go‑to‑market strategy.
* Support development of media and measurement propositions.
* Enable Commercial teams to confidently articulate Reward’s insight advantage.


Scale for Future Insight Products

* Build repeatable frameworks for launching and embedding new insight products.
* Ensure new products are scalable, well‑governed, and supported by structured enablement from day one.
* Reduce reliance on bespoke manual delivery by strengthening productised solutions.


Requirements


Experience

* 5+ years in insights enablement, product analytics, commercial insights, or related roles.
* Experience owning or scaling insight tools, dashboards, or analytical products.
* Proven track record driving adoption of tools, platforms, or insight products internally across cross‑functional teams.


Technical & Analytical Awareness

* Strong SQL capability and comfort working with structured datasets.
* Comfortable working with BI and analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, SQL, Excel).
* Experience building or maintaining reusable analytical assets.
* Familiarity with customer, spend, retail, or loyalty datasets.


Enablement & Communication

* Exceptional ability to translate analytics into clear, compelling narratives.
* Experience delivering training, stakeholder education or enablement programmes.
* Confident engaging both technical and non‑technical audiences.


Product & Commercial Mindset

* Strong understanding of how insights products support commercial outcomes.
* Experience partnering with product teams and influencing roadmap decisions.
