We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?
The successfully appointed 2nd Person Rigger will be an experienced PCN mobile telecoms rigger, capable of delivering site builds across various telecom projects and clients as part of a 3-person team.
Projects include new builds, technology upgrades, equipment lift & shift, site decommissioning, TX Line of Sight (LOS) works, pre-installation visits (PIVs), and feasibility surveys. Sites must be delivered cost-effectively, on time, and to the highest industry standards in line with client deployment and design guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be confident in rigging processes, proactive in learning, and trusted by their Team Leader to work independently and safely at height.
What you’ll bring?
Proven track record of successful site delivery and customer acceptance across time, cost, and quality metrics. Responsible for timely submission of Handover Packs and daily SHEQ documentation.
Must maintain company vehicle, tools, and test equipment. Demonstrated success in forming effective PCN teams, with references available.
Experience with MBNL and/or VF TEF Beacon projects is essential.
