The opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner to help shape and scale our teams across Europe. This role combines talent acquisition expertise, stakeholder partnership, and market insight to enable the growth of our business. You will work closely with leaders across Strategy, Client Partnerships, Experience, Product and Technology to attract exceptional talent and ensure we continue to build high-performing teams.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll operate in a fast-paced consulting environment, bringing a proactive and data-driven approach to hiring while continuously seeking new ways to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
As a Senior Talent Partner you’ll work alongside business leaders and hiring managers to deliver strategic talent solutions across a diverse range of disciplines. This is both a delivery and advisory role. You’ll own end-to-end hiring while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, influencing hiring strategies and helping shape the future workforce needs of the business.
You will bring a consultative approach to talent acquisition, balancing immediate delivery requirements with longer-term capability building and market intelligence.
Operating within a digital transformation consultancy environment, you’ll have the opportunity to support hiring across Strategy, Go-To-Market, Client Partner and Technology functions, helping Valtech continue to attract exceptional talent in highly competitive markets.
Role responsibilities
Talent Partnership
* Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a range of strategic and specialist roles.
* Provide market insight, talent intelligence and hiring recommendations to business leaders.
* Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities.
Delivery Excellence
* Drive efficient and high-quality hiring processes.
* Develop sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent.
* Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
* Leverage data and insights to improve recruitment effectiveness and decision-making.
* Contribute to continuous improvement across talent acquisition processes.
Strategic Hiring Expertise
* Support hiring across Strategy, Go-To-Market, Client Partner and Technology functions.
* Develop strong understanding of consulting talent markets and emerging capability needs.
* Partner with leaders to identify future talent requirements.
* Support business growth through proactive talent pipelining and market mapping.
Innovation and Ways of Working
* Embrace AI-enabled tools and modern approaches to talent acquisition.
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Experiment with new technologies and ways of working to enhance delivery and candidate experience.
* Share knowledge and best practices across the Talent team.
Must have qualifications
Talent Acquisition Expertise
* 7+ years of experience within talent acquisition or recruitment.
* A strong background hiring across technology and digital disciplines.
* Significant experience recruiting Go-To-Market, Strategy, Client Partner and consulting roles.
* Proven experience delivering in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
* At least two years of experience within an in-house talent acquisition function.
* Experience partnering and collaborating effectively with dedicated sourcing teams to develop talent pipelines and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
* Ability to translate business priorities into effective hiring strategies and talent plans.
Stakeholder Management
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
* Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
* Ability to challenge constructively and provide consultative guidance.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities.
* Comfortable operating with senior leaders in a matrixed and international environment.
Market Knowledge
* Deep understanding of technology and digital talent markets.
* Significant experience hiring across strategic, consulting and commercial functions.
* Experience supporting consulting or professional services organisations is highly desirable.
* Ability to translate market insights into practical hiring strategies.
* Passion for building diverse and high-performing teams.
* Curiosity around AI and emerging technologies.
* Experience leveraging modern tools to improve ways of working.
* Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge traditional approaches.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
* A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Nice to have qualifications
* Experience working within a digital transformation consultancy.
* Previous experience within agency recruitment and/or an RPO environment.
* Exposure to international or multi-market hiring.
* Experience recruiting senior and leadership-level talent.
* Familiarity with modern talent intelligence and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
* Experience operating within a recruiter and sourcer partnership model.
