Please note training and Grad Bay are completed on site at our Church Street office. Once completed you may then have the option to work from home on a hybrid model.

Responsibilities
As a key team member, you will:
* Make outbound B2B calls on behalf of our client to generate new leads and arrange qualified appointments
* Maintain a high standard of quality and compliance in all calls
* Report to your Team Manager and achieve agreed KPIs
* Represent our client’s brand in a professional manner
Working Hours & Location
* Full‑time role, Monday to Friday
* Working hours fully flexible between 8am-8pm
* 37.5 - 40 hours per week
